COGENT SIRE ANALYST COMMENTS
Daughters that I have seen are all balanced with very functional type. They have good chest width with plenty of heart room and open ribbed, deep bodies. Legs and feet are exceptional being very clean, not too straight and track well with excellent locomotion. Udders are phenomenal - they have very good attachments with silky texture that is etched in veins. Rear udders are the best thing about Tiergans, being high and wide with a very strong ligament that look sure to stand the test of time. Farmers are delighted that daughters are recording extremely high fat and protein percentages. He is being used as a sire of sons and is the No.1 UK Proven PLI bull. Tiergan's dam Ballycairn Garter Tinnie VG87, is an outstanding animal who ranks highly on the UK PLI listings at £252 and in her last lactation produced 13,685kgs milk at 4.86% fat and 3.51% protein.CONFORMATION

RECOMMENDED BY YOU QUOTE
I am milking three Tiergan heifers, two of which are coming to the end of their first lactation and have milked consistently well throughout. I admire the dairyness combined with the overall strength that the bull has stamped them with. They all excel for dairy strength, with one scoring EX90 in this category. They are clean boned youthful heifers with outstanding veination, quality and texture to their udders. They are a pleasure to work with and have got back in calf easily.'
